Guided Meditation

guidedmeditationIn a guided meditation, the individual is led through a series of breathing techniques designed to take him/her into a deep state of self-hypnosis.  Once in this deep state of hypnosis, the individual is guided through a sequence of steps to achieve a pre-set outcome.

Divine Child Meditation

After being guided into a state of deep self-hypnosis, the individual is led up three steps and through a door; here, she/he leaves behind all worries and fears.  He/she then goes up three more steps and through a door where she/he leaves behind all rigid beliefs and pre-suppositions about how life should be.  Again the individual goes up three steps and through a door where he/she leaves behind all the roles he/she plays.  Finally the person walks onto a porch and is guided to meet his/her Divine Child and to review his/her life purpose.  The individual learns about the challenges he/she set for him/herself and has an opportunity to understand his/her story at a higher, more divine level.  This meditation helps to end feelings of victimization.

Forgiveness Meditation

After being guided into a state of deep self-hypnosis, the individual is directed to form a golden ball and to place those people he/she wishes to forgive into the ball.  He/she is then led through three levels of experience into forgiveness.  This powerful meditation helps to free the individual from hurtful past experiences.
